The Northland Craft Trust is responsible for the governance and direction of the Quarry Arts Centre. It is a registered charity, formed in 1982.

Richard Darbyshire and Rosie Parsonson, aka Rosy & Rich, are both working artists and Quarry studio holders
Kate has an executive background. She became chair of the Northland Craft Trust in April 2018.
Bronwyn has an executive management and leadership background in the arts, culture and heritage sectors.
Bob represents the Northland Woodworkers and Woodturners Club.
