Beginner’s Silver Clay – Pendant Making

with Jenny Crundwell

Currently on until:
Sat 14th Oct 2017

Here’s your chance to make the perfect gift for Christmas!

Silver clay is an exciting medium made of 99% pure silver, it’s malleable and easy to work with so results look like they came from an artisan gallery.

In this structured learning class, silver clay jeweller Jenny Crundwell will talk you through the basic techniques and principles to get the very best out of this special clay.  You will learn how to press mould and contour, apply texture,  and form, dry  and refine pieces before firing  in the kiln. Jenny will also show you how to finish and colour pieces using liver of sulphur. You will end up with something truly unique and individual to yourself and you will leave wearing a beautiful piece of jewellery. We promise you will be astonished with the results.

Cost: $95, includes 10g of silver clay (enough to make a pendant the size of the image next to the ruler).

14 October, 10.00am – 4.00pm
