Join us for an unforgettable experience at the Quarry Arts Centre during these School Holidays! Dive into a world of creativity with our full-day programme. Each workshop is a journey designed to spark imagination and inspire budding artists as they explore painting, clay and more.

The Thursday 22nd January 2026 programme includes:
8.30am-9.30am - Morning art activity
9.30am-9.50am - Morning Tea
10am-12pm - Paint your own fabulous fish, whale or bird on a canvas
12pm-12.50pm - Lunch Break
1pm-3pm - Make a Zine: a mini magazine!

(individual workshops can be booked separately)

For siblings or friends in the same booking that are younger/older than the recommended age range, please check in with us first before booking via email programmes@quarryarts.org

What children need to bring:

● Suitable clothes that are okay for getting a bit dirty and potentially stained

● Clothing for the weather conditions (although our main room has a heat pump)

● pack some snacks, lunch and a drink, breaks for morning tea and midday are included

Parents/guardians/care-givers need to register kids on arrival and provide a designated pick-up person.  Please advise us ahead of time via email of any important considerations (e.g. medical, allergies, custodial). We are unable to cater for unassisted children with special learning or behavioural support needs - we welcome support carers, but please check with us before booking.
