Aerial Art Workshops with Sophie from Wild Untamed
Do you have kids that can’t sit still or love to climb? Let them experience the sensation of flying this school holiday program with The Wild Untamed’s Aerial Workshop! Your child will learn how to make incredible shapes in the air using our Lyra Hoop and Aerial Silks!
Aerial Arts are a unique way to have loads of fun, get creative, be active and build confidence.
Our small workshops will include an exciting warm-up using hula-hoops and games. Participants will take it in turns to learn the basics of going upside down, spinning, climbing, making amazing combos and creating a mini-routine on both the Lyra Hoop and Aerial Silks! We will wrap things up with a cool-down game and a stretch.
