The Northland Craft Trust is responsible for the governance and direction of the Quarry Arts Centre. It is a registered charity, formed in 1982.

Raewyn has a background in the arts, having worked with Creative NZ, Creative Northland, and Toi Ngapuhi.
Councillor Connop is on the Board as the Whangarei District Council representative. He is active in community and environmental initiatives.
Bronwyn has an executive management and leadership background in the arts, culture and heritage sectors. Bronwyn began as chair of the Northland Craft Trust in July 2020.
Carina has a social enterprise background, currently leading Habitat for Humanity Northland.
Matt has been involved with the Quarry Arts Centre since the early 1980s, as a printer, and is on the Board of Te Kowhai Print Trust.
Eileen has been involved in the charitable sector for many years and has worked on other arts-related initiatives.
Mike is an experienced potter and long time supporter of the Quarry Arts Centre.
Kate has an executive background. She was chair of the Northland Craft Trust from April 2018 to July 2020.
