Some important tips for packing and sending work back to us!
- If possible, reuse the box we sent to you and the packaging materials.
- Provide a good base of packing material on the bottom of the box, around the sides and on top.
- Send work back to us as soon as possible.
- Wrap your clay work in plastic wrap (e.g. Gladwrap) or a plastic bag to keep the work moist during transport.
- If your work is already dry, please spray with water and then wrap in plastic as per above.
- Use the FRAGILE sticker on top, or write clearly “FRAGILE”.
- Seal the box and place the return Courier postage label on top.
- Drop-off to any NZ Post outlet.
- Let us know when you have sent the item and we will keep a check on the incoming items.
