Maggie Sullivan

Maggie Sullivan

Maggie Sullivan is a visual artist whose practice explores the meeting point of symbol, frequency, and silence. Her works in oil and cold wax medium channel fragments of glyphs and ciphers - often transmitting an emergent visual language that bridges the personal and the universal. Her iconic panels in resin are meditative tools that invite the viewer into deep contemplation.

The physical richness of her surfaces evokes the feel of ancient walls, archeological tablets, or jewel-like icons, while her glyphic inscriptions bring forward a contemporary immediacy. Each piece is both material artifact and energetic field, like an object of resonance as well as of sight.

Drawing inspiration from the quantum field and the embedded patterns of nature, Maggie creates works that invite viewers into a contemplative encounter where image becomes vibration. Her glyphs, icons, and portals function as thresholds, not merely to be looked at, but to be entered into.

Her studio practice is guided by the conviction that art can stabilize, awaken, and reconnect while carrying memory through matter into presence. Maggie can be found most weekdays at the Quarry in Bunker 3 and welcomes visitors to come experience the art for themselves.
