Otago Polytechnic Ceramics Diploma Students Exhibition
Through a diverse range of methods, clays and firings and with hands, minds and hearts wide open to the possibilities. These four ladies have traversed a mountain of learning and approach to creating out of clay through the Diploma in Ceramics.
Within the exhibition there are selected works by Kylie Mitchel, Mel Badenhorst, Teressa Cho and Abha Sood.

Artists Exhibition Titles and Statements
Kylie Mitchel: ‘A Set of Real Zeros’
‘Walk into bush, farmland or a remote beach, you are overcome with loneliness and disappear. They are near, you are close to the answer.’
Combining the subatomic with the fleshy ‘a set of real zeros’ looks to explore a new creation story.
